What makes your
products so different from other products?
When Raw Beauty was created, our main goal was to promote a more
healthy line of products by using raw ingredients. Some of the
raw ingredients that we use and love are: Shea Butter, Cocoa
Butter, Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Milk
Powders, Spa Salts, and Essential Oils.
Our second
goal was to create fun, sweet and yummy scented products. A lot of our products
are fruit-y, romantic or dessert inspired. We also wanted to make sure that our
product lines had fun and stylish packaging. Our products are made from scratch,
so every product will be originally designed. The color or pattern of the
product may vary slightly because each product is hand crafted.
Our heart,
soul, creativity and knowledge goes into every single product that we make. And
as an extra bonus, our customers receive “Superior,
Hand Poured products made fresh daily.”
We like to
compare natural beauty products to the food we eat. If you only ate
synthetically made food that is full of preservatives, sugars and starches, your
body and health wouldn’t be in tip top condition. Eating healthy natural foods
gives us energy and makes us look & feel better. The same concept is applied
when referring to natural beauty products versus synthetically made beauty
products. Applying natural beauty products onto your skin creates lush, soft,
smooth, healthy skin.
Are all of your products completely all natural?
Most of
our products are all natural, though, some are not. Some of the ingredients we
add to our products that are not all natural are: Adding a preservative to
prevent bacterial growth, fragrance oils and some colors.
What can I do if my Body Scrub becomes dry?
Body scrubs can become dry if the lid is left open or is stored in a very hot or
very cold environment. Olive oil and sunflower oils are great to add to the
scrub to bring life back to the product. Mix in a little at a time until you get
the right consistency.
What
can I do if my Body Scrub becomes too liquidy?
Body Scrubs can become liquidy if left in a warm or hot area. It is best to keep
them in a cool, dry area so that they stay in a more solid form. If they are too
liquidy, you can put them in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes. The cold will
allow the scrub to return to it's solid form.
How do
I take care of my candle?
Make sure
that you trim the wick every time the candle has been burned (once it has
cooled). The wick should be only ¼” high. Also make sure to only burn your
candle up to 4 hours at a time. This will help the candle burn evenly and
produce more scent throw.
How do
I know if my product is still good to use?
We include
a best used by date on your invoice. It is very important that you discard all
unused products by the best used by date. We include this date to ensure the
safety of our customers, since natural products do have a shelf life. You can
also keep your products in the refrigerator to prolong the shelf life.
What is so special
about using mineral makeup?
Most makeup that is created
commercially is made up of chemicals, fillers and/or fragrances. The ingredients
they put into makeup will actually clog pores, cause acne, creates un-even skin
tone appearance, dry skin, and can cost a fortune. If you suffer from any of the
above, then mineral make-up is perfect for your skin.
Mineral makeup is made up of
natural minerals from our earth. Our 100% natural, mineral makeup is created
without any fillers, so your skin will surely appreciate. In fact, our mineral
makeup includes anti-oxidants and vitamins that your skin will benefit from.

What is
Germaben II and Phenonip?
Our company is based upon pampering your skin with healthy, nourishing, natural
products. Products that are natural do end up spoiling, just like the food we
eat. Germaben II and Phenonip are antimicrobial preservatives that make up 1-2% of
our products. We have chosen to add these preservatives due
to the fact that bacteria can be very serious. You cannot always see or smell
bacteria, yeast or mold. Adding a preservative that makes up only 1-2% of the
product is well worth having your health maintained. We also include a best used
by date on your invoice to ensure your safety.
What is
your return policy?
We must
receive a return within 10 business days from the time the product(s) were
delivered to you. Products must be received in unopened and unused condition.
Our products have safety seals on them. If the seal(s) are broken, that means
they have been opened. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept a
return unless it has been unused, unopened and not been tampered with. We
will discard any returned products that have been opened and no refund will be
sent out.
Please make sure to include a COPY of the invoice that was in the
original box with the return products circled on the invoice
along with a brief reason for the return. Please make sure you have
included all necessary return information in the package, or it could result in
a major delay when refunding your money.

We highly recommend
sending product(s) back to us using a shipping carrier who offers package
tracking. If a package gets lost or stolen and is not traceable, we cannot be
responsible. Once the return arrives in unused and unopened condition, we will
mail out a check to the BILLING address on the invoice within 3 business days.
The original price paid for the product(s) will be refunded. Customer is
responsible for shipping costs to ship the item(s) back to us. The original
shipping cost to ship these items to you is not refunded.
What happens if my product(s)
arrive damaged?
If your product(s) arrive
damaged, you must email us at
info@raw-beauty.com within 72 hours of receiving the damaged items. Raw
Beauty will pay to have replacement item(s) shipped out to you.
What happens if I received
the wrong product?
If your package arrives and you
have received the wrong product, you must email us at
info@raw-beauty.com, within 72 hours of receiving the package. We will ask
that you ship back the product to us and we will then pay for the correct
product(s) to be shipped to you, including shipping reimbursement.
What is
the best way to contact Raw Beauty?
The best way to contact us is by email at
info@raw-beauty.com. We spend a lot of time in our warehouse creating
products and shipping them out. We have a quicker response time if your
questions are addressed to us through email.
If you would like to contact
us by phone, please call us at 480-545-9386. If you do get our answering
service, please leave us a message and we will return your call asap.
Shipping Information:
Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday from 10am
to 6pm MST. We normally ship within 48-72 hours, once your order has been
placed. During holiday seasons we do ask for an additional 48 hours time. You
will receive an email with all your tracking information once your order has
been shipped. You will be able to go to
www.fedex.com to track your order.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes,
APO’s, Hawaii or Alaska using FedEx. We can ship to APO’s, Hawaii and Alaska
using the post office. Please see questions below.
Do you
ship overnight?
Yes, there are additional charges that apply.
These additional charges are available to view during the checkout process.
Also, please keep in mind that we do require 48-72 hours processing time once an
order is placed.
Do you
ship internationally?
Yes, we do accept international orders. You must pay using paypal.com.
Do you
ship to APO’s, PO Boxes, Hawaii or Alaska?
Yes, we do ship to APO’s, Hawaii and Alaska
using the post office.
No, We cannot ship to PO Boxes
because we cannot track a package that is shipped to a PO Box.
Do you
accept Credit Cards?
Yes, we accept Visa or Mastercard payment via
our secured online server. Credit card numbers are not kept on file to protect
our customers. You
can also pay using paypal.com.
Is my information kept
private?
YES! We never give or sell your private information to anyone…EVER!
Do you accept orders
through fax or by mail?
Yes, we do accept fax orders and orders through the mail. Please email us at
sales@raw-beauty.com, along with the products you want to order, quantity
of each, and shipping address.
We will email you back the form
for you to print out and send in to us via fax or mail.
We only accept money orders or
credit card payments through mail orders and faxed orders.
We DO NOT accept personal
checks…they will be returned.

How do I ship a gift
to someone?
During the checkout process it will prompt you to enter your billing address and
shipping address. The shipping address is to be filled in using the address you
want your “gift” order to be shipped to.
If you do not want an invoice
included with the order, please type in “This is a gift...please email me the Invoice” in the additional
comments box at checkout along with your email address. We will then email you
your printable receipt. If you would like to include a message with your gift,
please type your gift message in the additional comments box at checkout.
How do I know if I am
allergic to any products?
To see if you are allergic to a product, you may want to conduct a skin patch
test. Take a small amount of product and place it on the crease of where your
arm bends (opposite side of your elbow). Wait about 20 minutes to see if any
redness, pain or irritation occurs. If you have any of these symptoms, you must
wash off the product with warm soapy water and discontinue use of that product.
If you are pregnant or nursing,
you must consult a physician before using any products that contain essential
oils.
Do you
ever introduce any new products?
Yes, we are constantly educating ourselves,
keeping up with trends and working on new and exciting products. We run multiple
tests on various types of people with all of our products before they are
introduced on the market. If you have any ideas or comments, email us at

Do you test on
animals?
NO! Our products are made for humans, therefore, they are tested on humans. We
test all of our products extensively on many people with different skin
types before they are offered to our customers.
Do you offer wholesale
prices to stores that want to carry Raw Beauty products?
Yes, we are looking for businesses that pertain to our industry and are
interested in carrying our product line. Please click on the wholesale link
(located on our home page) and fill in the request form. We will contact you
shortly with details about our wholesale program.

PRECAUTIONS:
If you are pregnant, epileptic, have liver damage, have cancer, or have any
other medical problem, contact your doctor first before ordering or using any of
our products. Use extreme caution when using products containing essential oils
with children. It is safest to consult a qualified aromatherapy practitioner
before using products with essential oils with children. A skin patch test
should be conducted prior to using a product with an essential oil that you've
never used before.
