We proudly use Cafι Campesino Coffee-A Fair Trade Company, in our Coffee Sugar Scrub. This coffee is organically grown in Ethiopia, which helps support the Fair Trade Organization. We also add coffee extract, ground coffee beans and an extra shot of caffeine powder to give your skin a real jolt of energy. Organic coffee scrub does not contain fragrance…the coffee that is used in this scrub gives it a natural coffee scent.

Caffeine has also been found to be an effective antioxidant, scavenging OH radicals, thus producing another mechanism for its anticancer properties. In addition to these clinical surveys, coffee has been used for centuries to detoxify and de-stress. The Japanese soak in large vats of coffee grounds, expressly for this reason.
